Once your order is received and the payment is processed, your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.

Deliveries within Australia take 3 - 7 business days from date of dispatch.

International deliveries take 2 weeks via air from date of dispatch.

Refund Policy

Our DVDs are produced with high quality materials. They have been tested on many brands and types of domestic DVD players and have been tested overseas.

We do have a 14 day refund policy for faulty products. Return the faulty DVD to us stating problem and type of DVD player used. Upon the return of the product, we will send you a replacement. We retain the right to decide if a product is faulty or has been misused.
